Rogério is a Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP/DAMA) specializing in data governance, systems architecture, and applied artificial intelligence. With a distinguished career in public institutions such as SEBRAE, INEP, UNESCO, and EMGEA, he leads IT4 Systems with a vision of using technology as a lever for innovation and better decision-making.
